Maxxon® Commercial Fortify™ Primer requires exactly two coats. At 70°F and 50% relative humidity, the first coat dries in 4 hours. The second coat dries in 60 minutes. Self-leveling underlayment installation (trade traffic) can begin once the second coat is fully dry. Ambient and concrete surface temperatures must remain between 45°F and 100°F for at least 24 hours before and throughout installation.

Maxxon® Commercial Fortify™ Primer covers 80 sq ft per gallon (1.96 m²/L) and is packaged in 5-gallon pails covering approximately 400 sq ft per pail per coat.
